Data underlying the publication: Modulation of archaeal hypernucleosome compaction and stability by Mg2+

The objective of the research is to determine how physico-chemical conditions, particulary Mg2+, affect the archaeal hypernucleosome. This was investigated through the use of tethered particle motion (TPM) and magnetic tweezers (MT). This dataset contains raw data from TPM and MT experiments.本研究旨在明确物理化学条件（尤其是镁离子Mg²+）对古菌超核小体的影响。本研究通过束缚粒子运动（tethered particle motion, TPM）与磁镊（magnetic tweezers, MT）两种实验手段开展相关探究。本数据集包含上述TPM与MT实验的原始数据。
