Phase separation of N-myc differentially modulates the transcriptom

SPARK-ON tag does not perturb the core transcriptional function of n-Myc.~2260 DEGs with ≥ 1.5-fold change in transcript level, including ~1270~6900 DEGs with ≥ 1.5-fold change in transcript level, including ~3100 up-regulated. By compare n-Myc condensed phase and dilute phase, 99 DEGs that were differentially expressed with ≥ 1.5-fold change. in transcript levels, including 88 up-regulated genes and 11 down-regulated genes and ~3800 down-regulated genes. analyze the transcriptome difference in single clone expressed n-Myc SPARK-ON under phase separation threshold.Use lenalidomide to induce n-Myc phase-separation without changing protein concentration. No SPARK-ON control is used to evaluate lenalidomide effect on transcriptome.
