This two-year metagenomic study in Tokaj, Hungary, characterized soil, bark, and grape berry microbiomes under three cultivation regimes (abandoned, bio-organic, conventional) and across two vintages (2020 and 2021). Using 16S rRNA and shotgun metagenomics with climate-integrated, spatially matched sampling, we provide a multi-compartment, temporally resolved view of vineyard microbiome dynamics.
