Spatial, Genetic, and Epigenetic Regulation of Intestinal Klebsiella and Enterococcus Pathobionts - Supplementary Data

This deposit contains all supplementary materials associated with Chapter 3 of the PhD thesis of Nazanin Arjomand Fard, titled ‘Spatial, Genetic, and Epigenetic Regulation of Intestinal Klebsiella and Enterococcus Pathobionts.’ The files include cohort metadata, histology scores, and datasets derived from whole-genome sequencing, including gene annotations, virulence profiling, antimicrobial resistance analysis, phylogenetic metadata, SNP analysis, and methylation profiling. A README file is provided to describe the contents of each file. This study was approved by the University of Alberta Research Ethics Board (PRO00042980).
