The two datasets provided here consists of hydrochemical tracers and stable water isotopes of groundwater, rainwater and river waters from an anthropized alluvial aquifer located in a Lower Rhône River Valley.
1. The first dataset included conservative tracers (Cl−, Br− and stable water isotopes, δ2H and δ18O) and comprised 667 water samples. Sampling was performed from December 2019 to January 2024, involved sampling no more than twice a year at 21 piezometers and collecting monthly samples of rainwater and river waters.
2. The second dataset included major and minor ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, Na+, Cl−, SO42, alkalinity, NO3−, Br− and U(VI)) and stable water isotopes (δ2H and δ18O), comprising 374 water samples. Sampling was performed from February 2024 to February 2025. This involves monthly sampling campaigns in 42 piezometers, rainwater and river waters.
