This study includes hybrid-capture enriched viromes from 24hr composite samples from 3 wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) with one of which sampled at 2 different time points. Samples were process with five different viral concentration methods and viral sequences were enriched using the Twist Comprehensive Viral Research Panel. Libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq SP flowcell with paired end 100bp read lengths.
