HLY-08-02 Benthos Isotopes

This dataset contains data for stable carbon and nitrogen isotope values of benthic invertebrates from van Veen grab collections made during HLY0802. Individuals were sampled whole, as pieces of body wall (without intestine), or as muscle tissue and treated with chloroform : methanol. These data were collected aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy (HLY).本数据集收录了HLY0802航次期间通过范维恩采泥器（van Veen grab）采集的底栖无脊椎动物（benthic invertebrates）的稳定碳、氮同位素比值数据。样品采样方式包括完整个体取样、体壁组织（不含肠道）碎块取样以及肌肉组织取样，所有样品均经氯仿:甲醇处理。本数据集的采集工作在美国海岸警卫队希利号（U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy）船上完成。
