DBTR - Road element (Trait) - (EST_GLITR)

It is introduced as an attribute to sections of traffic flows in the road area and generally corresponds to the centreline of the roadway where this is well distinct, i.e. the centreline of the vehicular circulation area of type "roadway trunk" contained in the road area. Also pedestrian areas are summarized in Road elements if they are characterized by their own place names or guarantee access to house numbers.
