Morphological adaptation to environmental stress influences carcass yield in small ruminants in the Sahelian zone of Niger

This study analyze, in the Sahelian zone of Niger, the anatomical responses of animals to a marked aridity gradient, and to demonstrate the contribution of adaptive traits to productivity in terms of carcass yield in small ruminant breeds.
