Prokaryotic microbe in acid mine drainage and related stream

Treatment plant and geographic distance are associated to the prokaryotic and diazotrophic communities in AMD and the relative stream. To better understand the prokaryotic and diazotrophic communities and its role in AMD remediation, we collected aquatic microbes in June 2018 from 8 sampling sites along a typical AMD-impacted stream located in Dabaoshan, Guangdong, China.
