NCOMMS-25-60087_Supplementary_data
收藏资源简介:
This supplementary dataset accompanies the paper "Structural basis for independent pore function of Vpb4 from Bacillus thuringiensis", lead author Raymond Wirawan DOI : 10.1038/s41467-026-74567-yArticle ID : 41467_2026_74567_ArticleManuscript ID : NCOMMS-25-60087 The dataset contains six CSV files with experimental electrophysiology and imaging data corresponding to specific figures in the manuscript. The dataset includes current measurements for Vpb4Aa2 from Bacillus thuringiensis under various salt concentrations and voltage conditions (Fig6c, Fig6d, FigS11a, FigS11b), as well as conductance data for PA from Bacillus anthracis in different salt environments (FigS11c) all captured in droplet interface bilayers (DIBs). A unique combined dataset (Fig5d) contains both electrical current data and simultaneous calcium flux fluorescence measurements captured via TIRF imaging for Vpb4Aa2 pores in DIBs. Current recordings were obtained using an Axopatch 200B amplifier (Molecular Devices) interfaced through a DAQ system (National Instruments) to a PC running WinEDR software (University of Strathclyde), while fluorescence imaging was performed using an IXON Ultra camera (Oxford Instruments). Complete experimental protocols and detailed methodological information are provided in the methods section of the associated publication.
