CODEX and H&E imaging data from cancer tissue microarrays and whole-slide sections

This dataset contains CODEX and H&E imaging data from two lung cancer tissue microarray cohorts and one whole-slide tissue section cohort. It includes CODEX data, associated patient metadata, antibody panel information, and H&E images. These data were generated to support cross-modality analyses and can be used for studies of tissue architecture, cellular neighborhoods, and computational pathology in cancer.
