Sampling points associated with continental surface water quality measurement stations (STQ) — French Guiana
收藏资源简介:
The sampling point is a characteristic and representative sub-space for the object defined to it from the station, which is clearly identified and located in order to repetitively perform measurements for thorough knowledge of the environment at the place of the station. The sampling points shall also be the premises at the station where the sample holder must, as far as possible, take its samples or measurements in situ. A sampling point may be sampled from various inert or biological media (water, sediment, diatoms, macrophytes, macroinvertebrates, etc.). Each sampling point may belong to one or more measuring systems and be subject to one or more uses for each of which the period (s) of membership will be specified. Each point shall be identified and located by the organisation (s) responsible for the management of the measuring station. This information is administered by the Water Agencies and is the responsibility of the master (s) of the measurement networks or uses to which the station is attached.
