Gazette
收藏资源简介:
On Statstidende.dk you will find statutory notices with legal effect for citizens, businesses and authorities as well as certain other disclosures. In the Official Gazette, all notices which are required by law to be published in the Official Gazette are recorded. At statstidende.dk you can search and read messages, subscribe to searches and today’s edition, and request the recording of messages. The information providers to Statstidende.dk are primarily the courts, lawyers, public institutions and private companies. After 1 year from the time of publication, personal data, which in other contexts are considered confidential, may not be searched in the electronic Official Gazette using the person’s name or other form of person identification as a search criterion. Information in the Official Gazette is deleted after 5 years. The Royal Library collects and preserves the published announcements in the Official Gazette. It is free for anyone to subscribe to searches by email. There may also be an agreement with the Civil Protection Agency on access to subscription extracts. Fixed searches are not considered mass extractions. Finally, an agreement can be concluded with the Civil Service on the one-time delivery of bulk extracts. Any adjustments to the recipient’s data set-up are at the expense of the recipient. For questions about mass extraction, the Danish Civil Service can be contacted at civilstyrelsen@civilstyrelsen.dk. The API and data are made available as they are. The Danish Civil Service reserves the right to make changes to the technical implementation, structure and data content without notice. The Danish Civil Service may change the terms of use of the API and data at any time. It should be noted that any use of data from Stattidende.dk must be carried out in accordance with the applicable rules on personal data protection – in particular the Data Protection Act (Act supplementing the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data), and the Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)). The Official Gazette is published daily – except public holidays, Sundays, Mondays and the day after the 2nd Christmas Day, the 2nd Easter Day and the 2nd Pentecostal Day.
