Landes goose liver transcriptomics analysis

The effects of brewers' spent grain (BSG) diets on the fatty liver deposition and cecal microbial community were investigated in Landes geese.These geese were evenly divided into 4 groups with each group containing 8 replicates .The Landes geese in group C were fed with basal diet (day 5 to 90); group B first with fed basal diet (day 5 to 60) and then basal diet + 4% BSG (day 61 to 90); group F first with basal diet + 4% BSG (day 5 to 60) and then basal diet (day 61 to 90); group W with basal diet + 4% BSG (day 5 to 90).
