A comprehensive transcriptome portrait of colorectal cancer derived organoid at single cell levels

This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below. Single cell transcriptome profiles of tumor and adjacent normal tissues in vivo as well as corresponding patient-derived organoid samples from seven patients with colon cancer were generated by next generation sequencing using illumina 4000 (GSE120065). For each sample, we also extracted the genomic DNA for whole genome sequencing and whole exon sequencing by using illumina 4000 (EGA database with accession number EGAS00001003229). Tumor cells highly expressed PPAR signaling pathway target gene SCD, so we cultured tumor-derived organoid with PPAR inhibitor FH535 or DMSO for 5 days. Then, RNA were extracted for bulk RNA sequencing by using illumina 4000 (GSE121454).
