资源简介:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in the reproductive aged women. Recently, various dietary interventions are being used extensively as a novel thera-peutic approach for PCOS. However, preventive effects of dietary interventions on the onset of PCOS are unrevealed. Here we show that soy isoflavones, their metabolites and resistant starch together with gut microbiota modulations were successful in preventing the onset of PCOS symp-toms directly and through reduced gut permeability and production of butyric acid in gut.
