All datasets used for modeling in this study, including: (1) the full GLOPNET dataset with missing data, (2) GLOPNET complete cases, (3) GLOPNET complete cases for rosids, (3) GLOPNET complete cases for asterids, (4) Population means for macroevolutionary analysis across the genus Helianthus [from Mason et al., 2015 - Evolution], (5) Family means for microevolutionary analysis among populations in Helianthus anomalus [from Brouillette et al., 2014 - New Phytologist], (6) Ontogenetic data across stages in Helianthus annuus [from Mason et al., 2013 - JXB], (7) Ontogenetic data across stages in Helianthus mollis [from Mason et al., 2013 - JXB], (8) Ontogenetic data across stages in Helianthus radula [from Mason et al., 2013 - JXB].
本研究用于建模的全部数据集涵盖如下类别:(1) 含缺失值的完整GLOPNET数据集;(2) GLOPNET完整案例集;(3) 针对蔷薇类(rosids)的GLOPNET完整案例集;(3) 针对菊类(asterids)的GLOPNET完整案例集;(4) 跨向日葵属(Helianthus)类群开展宏观演化分析所用的种群均值数据集,源自Mason等人,2015年,《Evolution》;(5) 针对异常向日葵(Helianthus anomalus)种群间微观演化分析所用的科均值数据集,源自Brouillette等人,2014年,《新植物学家(New Phytologist)》;(6) 普通向日葵(Helianthus annuus)各发育阶段的个体发育数据,源自Mason等人,2013年,《Journal of Experimental Botany(简称JXB)》;(7) 软毛向日葵(Helianthus mollis)各发育阶段的个体发育数据,源自Mason等人,2013年,JXB;(8) 糙叶向日葵(Helianthus radula)各发育阶段的个体发育数据,源自Mason等人,2013年,JXB。
