The Ministry’s institution responsible for this data topic is the Nature Conservation Agency (DAP), which collects and updates information on specially protected nature areas and micro-reserves. All information is available in digital form with connection to the Latvian coordinate system LKS-92. The public approach of the Latvian Natural Data Management System “Ozols” is provided free of charge.
