Quantification of totalRNA expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)

Microarrays were used to compare the expression of oral squamous cell carcinoma in the high and low serum IL-6 groups. The results of the analysis may also be used to understand the disease, such as whether patients with high serum IL-6 levels have a poor prognosis or nutritional and metabolic activity status. Human oral tissue samples were collected from 9 patients with high IL-6 levels and 9 patients with low IL-6 levels diagnosed with OSCC at the Oral Surgery Department of Ehime University hospital between December 2014 and December 2021.
