Participation of Women Farmers’ in the Agricultural Research Process, Ethiopia

Quantitative data collected to understand the level of women farmers’ participation in four agricultural research processes – design, testing, dissemination, and M&E. Data were collected in four woredas (districts), within the Ethiopian highlands (i.e. Basona Worena, Sinana, Lemo and Endamehoni), located in the regions of Amhara, Oromia, Southern Nations Nationalities People (SNNP) and Tigray respectively. Data were collected from women farmers who participate in the Africa RISING project and those who did not participate in the project.本数据集为定量采集数据，旨在探明女性农户参与四项农业研究流程的程度，该四项流程具体包括研究设计、试验测试、成果推广与监测与评估（Monitoring and Evaluation，简称M&E）。数据采集工作开展于埃塞俄比亚高地境内的4个沃雷达（woreda，埃塞俄比亚区级行政单位），这4个沃雷达分别隶属于阿姆哈拉州、奥罗米亚州、南部各族族裔人民州（Southern Nations Nationalities People，简称SNNP）以及提格雷州，对应名称依次为巴索纳·沃雷纳（Basona Worena）、锡纳纳（Sinana）、莱莫（Lemo）与恩达梅霍尼（Endamehoni）。本次数据采集的受访对象为参与过Africa RISING项目的女性农户，以及未参与该项目的女性农户。
