The PRMP was established pursuant to sections L.562-1 et seq. and R.562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code. The hazards of terrain movements are related to solifluxion, scree, karst phenomena. The PPRmt regulates land use or use to prevent risks. Depending on the intensity of the hazard and the present issues, the established rules may range from prohibitions on building or altering land use to requirements to be met when new constructions or changes in land use are permitted.
