Protein IDs and output tables after STRING analysis. Protein IDs induced under similar experimental conditions of heat stress in (1) WT tomato plants (where HsfA2 is present), (2) tomato protoplasts (where HsfA2 was inhibited using RNAi) and (3) WT Arabidopsis plants, were used as input for STRING analysis.
