资源简介:
In this study, composting piles was constructed using cow manure and straw/sawdust under natural conditions. Here, along with the routine analysis of physical and chemical properties during the composting process or fermentation stages, both 16S rRNA gene- and ITS1 gene-based MiSeq sequencing were employed to address the following three key questions: (i) differences in compost physical and chemical properties between composts with different composting materials; (ii) changes in their microbial community structure between composts with different composting materials; (iii) relate differences in physical and chemical properties with changes in microbial community structure in matured composts to explore optimal composting conditions for suitable composts using in the mushroom cultivation.
