Cyber-Resilience Multi-Cloud Logistics Dataset

The Cyber-Resilience Multi-Cloud Logistics Dataset contains operational, cybersecurity, and logistics telemetry collected from a network of interconnected cloud and IoT systems between January 2021 and August 2025.The data originate from multi-provider environments incorporating AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud infrastructures linked with logistics and smart-hospital control systems.Each observation represents a 15-minute sampling interval, producing approximately 1.2 million timestamped records. The dataset captures real-world multi-cloud behavior through five major feature domains and six resilience-related targets: 1. Cloud Infrastructure Metrics Utilization and performance statistics for compute and network resources, includingVM_CPU_Usage, VM_Memory_Usage, Disk_IO_Throughput, Network_Latency, CrossCloud_Latency, Bandwidth_Utilization, Service_Availability, API_Call_Rate, Node_Response_Time, and Load_Balancer_Health. 2. Cybersecurity Indicators Security-related attributes such as inbound/outbound traffic volumes, intrusion detection anomaly scores, failed logins, port scans, malware and phishing alerts, encryption strength, and categorized attack type. 3. Logistics IoT Variables Fleet and warehouse telemetry: vehicle identification, GPS coordinates, velocity, fuel level, route deviation, delivery status, environmental readings (temperature and humidity), and RFID or access-log activity. 4. Reliability & Recovery Attributes Metrics describing operational continuity—backup success, data replication latency, downtime, recovery time, incident frequency, data-loss ratio, restoration speed, and redundancy level. 5. Governance & Contextual Features Audit event counts, access-control modifications, compliance scores, security-training coverage, operational load level, region (EU, US, ME, Asia), power consumption, and temperature index. 6. Target and Derived Labels Attack_Severity – numerical severity level reflecting IDS score and attack presence. Service_Availability_Status – binary availability condition. Data_Integrity_Status – binary indicator of data-integrity health. Federated_Resilience_Index – composite continuous resilience score. Cyber_Resilience_Score – normalized resilience measure. Resilience_Class – categorical label (Low, Moderate, High).
