RNA-seq data of liver samples from BBOX1 knockout mice and wide-type mice

In this study, BBOX1 gene knockout mice were generated to investigate the transcriptional changes in the liver following the knockout of the BBOX1 gene. RNA from the liver tissues of four wild-type mice and four BBOX1 knockout mice was extracted and analyzed using RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) to identify differential gene expression. This research contributes to understanding the biological role of the BBOX1 gene in the liver and its potential impact on physiological processes in mice.
