Flow Cytometric Data for Bacterial Cells in Old Tampa Bay, FL, from May–October 2025

Ten stations throughout Old Tampa Bay, Florida, are monitored by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Research Institute (FWC FWRI). The MICO lab at USF joined this effort in 2025 and supplemented FWC FWRI data with flow cytometric analysis of bacterial cells at each station during each sampling event. The raw .fsc data files for each station on each date are included here, as well as the data summary statistics based on gates defined in the Attune Flow Cytometry Software.
