These files describe the structures of the Public Finance Branch and their geographic competencies. **Subject: Disappearance of FANTOIR, FIMOCA and FIMOCT files in July 2023 — Implementation of TOPO, STRUCTURES, UAMISSIONS, COMPETENCES and ACHEMINEMENT files** Hello In order to meet the requirements for the opening of public data, DGFIP makes available on data.gouv data from Topad, its framework of structures and competences. As part of the modernisation of the DGFIP Information System, the Topad repository is re-written in depth and is based on new concepts. For example, the Administrative Unit Standard Code (TUA) disappears in favour of two new concepts: the type of structure and the management of the tasks carried out in the structure. This leads to the introduction of new files that will replace the current FANTOIR (tracks and locations), FIMOCA (DGFIP structures) and FIMOCT (geographical competences of DGFIP structures). Initially planned in March 2022, work on rewriting the Topad repository was cut back to July 2023. **The latest FANTOIR, FIMOCA and FIMOCT files available will be those of June 2023.** The FANTOIR, FIMOCA and FIMOCT files, currently available under [data.gouv.fr](http://data.gouv.fr/), will be replaced by new files: — TOPO: all topographic entities (Country, Region, Department, Communes, Ways) known and managed by the DGFIP repository — STRUCTURES: DGFIP Competence Structures — UAMISSIONS: tasks carried out in DGFIP structures — COMPETENCES: geographical competences of DGFIP structures — ROUTING: postal routing data Descriptions of these new files are available upon request to the Repository Teams at the following address: [[e-mail]](-mailto:[e-mail]) We are at your disposal for any further information.
