Genome wide examination of alterations in mRNA translation in striatal D1 neurons in Fmr1 model mice

We immunoprecipitated GFP tagged ribosomes from Drd1 receptor-expressing cells in the striatum from adult WT and fragile X syndrome model mice and sequenced the co-purifying mRNA (IP). We also sequenced the RNA in the striatal lysate (total). Examination of ribosome bound mRNA in D1 neurons from FMRP mutant mice.
