LAPRO2009_species_Biotope — LAPRO2009 — Areas of medium importance for nature conservation

The Map Service (WMS Group) presents the spatial data from the landscape program Saarland — thematic map_species-biotopes and habitat network: Areas of particular importance for nature conservation (FBN) are presented in the landscape program if they are at least a medium importance for nature conservation from a local point of view due to their proximity to nature, diversity, representativeness, rarity or endangerment of their species, and where protection and care — apart from locally required restoration measures — are in the foreground. The main basis for the selection of these areas is the notified Natura 2000 sites, the area quotas from the data on species and biotope conservation in Saarland (ABSP), the assessments on landscape framework planning and aerial image evaluations. The presentation takes place in 3 stages: medium meaning, high meaning or very high meaning. In this shapefile, the areas of medium importance for nature conservation are presented. s.
