Newspaper advertising expenditure growth in Denmark 2019-2021

In the past years, the newspaper advertising spending showed a decline in Denmark, and presumably due to the coronavirus pandemic, it decreased even more. The negative growth amounted to 46 percent in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the same period of the previous year. However, in the second quarter of 2021, the newspaper ad spend growth in Denmark stood at 25 percent, showing a significant positive spike.
