Full GWAS summary statistics for foveal thickness in a Japanese population
This dataset contains the complete summary statistics from the genome-wide association study (GWAS) of foveal thickness.
The discovery cohort consisted of 3,451 individuals from the Nagahama Study.
Each row represents a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) tested in the GWAS for foveal thickness.
Columns include: chromosome, position (GRCh37/hg19), effect_allele, other_allele, beta (effect size), se (standard error), and p_value (P-value for association).
