资源简介:
Diet composition plays a crucial role in shaping gut microbiota and metabolic health. In this study, mice were fed obesogenic (high-fat and high-sugar) or non-obesogenic diets, and fecal samples were analyzed using next-generation sequencing (NGS) to assess microbiota composition. Obesogenic diets led to notable shifts in microbial community structure, including changes in the relative abundance of major bacterial phyla such as Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes. While overall bacterial diversity remained largely stable, distinct alterations in specific taxa were observed in mice exposed to high-fat and high-sugar conditions. These findings indicate that diet type strongly modulates gut microbiota composition, potentially contributing to the metabolic effects associated with obesogenic nutrition.
