Observations regarding the sublethal effects (movement and protein content) of dsSec23 and dsVatpG on pre-aestivation cabbage stem flea beetles

Here is a presentation (Preliminary observations.pptx and also see the mp4 files for dsSec23 treated beetles) that contains pictures and video recordings of sublethal effects observations in pre-aestivation cabbage stem flea beetles that orally received dsSec23 or dsVatpG as well as raw movement speed measurement data (via Kinovea software) of such beetles 4 days post dsRNA treatments (in cm per second) (Movement 100 ng.xlsx). Also, the Bradford dsRNA cleaned.xlsx file contains raw data regarding Bradford measurements 7 days after dsRNA exposure.
