Abstract Title: Double Post-Forming of Door Edges Coating apparatus for processing door core material (10， fig. 1) having first (12， fig. 1) and second (14， fig. 1) opposing principal surfaces and first (16， fig. 1) and second (18， fig. 1) opposing minor surfaces where the principal and first minor surfaces are processed in a single pass through the apparatus 40， the apparatus comprises entry 44 and exit 46 apertures with a chamber 42 between， a conveyor 48 within the chamber arranged to support the door core material in a support plane S and to transport between apertures. A first heating member 60 above the support plane to radiate heat towards the support plane and a first coating layer adjacent the first principal surface， and a first deforming member 62 downstream of the first heating member to deform the first coating layer onto a portion of the first minor surface. A second heating member 66 below the support plane to radiate heat towards the support plane and a second coating layer adjacent the second principal surface， and a second deforming member 68 downstream of the second heating member to deform the second coating layer onto a portion of the first minor surface.
