Replication package for "Verification loops inherit their checker's blind spots: Modal focus regressions in agent-modified educational web applications"

Complete replication package for a within-application experiment measuring whether accessibility survives successive agent-driven modifications to web applications. Contents: The prospective protocol and both dated amendments; all 198 rendered prompts with SHA-256 hashes; twelve verified-accessible application baselines; the external evaluator, including seventeen keyboard checks; immutable per-trajectory logs; 792 evaluation snapshots; locked raw datasets with checksums; the analysis engine, including cluster-aware reanalysis; the environment specification with pinned dependency versions; and the manuscript source.
