The platform provides open data, information, and applications related to renewable energy technologies, covering multiple sectors including geothermal, solar, wind, hydrogen energy and others. Developed and maintained by the Rocky Mountain National Laboratory, OpenEI is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy as well as international partners and sponsors.
