This dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the research article “Peptides on Tap: Automated Flow Synthesis With Standard HPLC.” The deposit includes HPLC UV traces recorded during automated flow peptide synthesis, LC–MS and UPLC–MS characterization data, MALDI–TOF mass spectra, epimerization analyses, thrombin-inhibition assay data, and the numerical source data used to prepare the figures in the article and its Supporting Information. A README file describes the organization of the deposit, the experimental identifiers, the instrument software and the relationship between each dataset and the corresponding figure or supplementary figure.
