single-cell transcriptomic profile of Nature Killer cells derived from inducible pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)

The NK cels derived from inducible pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from healthy donors were collected, respectively. The NK cells were proceesed by following the BD Rhapsody library preparation and sequencing. After sequencing, the data was processed with the workflow in Seven-Bridge Cloud service. The processed data was further filtered and clustered with Seurat in R. The finalized clustering and annotation were included in the rds file attached.
