资源简介:
The data are about the interactive effects of <i>Cardinium </i>and <i>Wolbachia</i>on host egg size, 1st clutch size, offspring sex ratio, offspring fitness and parental fitness parameters of Kelly’s citrus thrips, <i>Pezothrips kellyanus </i>(Thysanoptera: Thripidae). Data sets 1 and 2 represent the maternal fitness parameters (egg size parameters, 1st clutch size and mother size) of three mother types (with different mating status and offspring sex ratio) and paternal parameters (father size and copulation time) collected for three different infection types (ICW, IC and U). Both data sets further represent egg size, sex ratio and other offspring fitness parameters (individual egg size, offspring survival rate, development time, adult size and longevity) for different offspring types with three different infection types. Data sets 1 and 2 were collected from three different experimental cohorts. Data set 3 represents the egg volume and clutch size of mothers in<i>Cardinium</i>and <i>Wolbachia </i>(ICW) co-infected and naturally uninfected (NU) lines. Data set 4 represents the pre-oviposition period of mothers with different mating status and infection types.
