MEANDIR Inversion Results for Hydrologic and Landscape Controls on Rock Weathering Along a Glacial Gradient in South Central Alaska, USA

These datafiles contain inverse geochemical mixing model results from Hydrologic and Landscape Controls on Rock Weathering Along a Glacial Gradient in South Central Alaska, USA https://doi.org/10.1029/2023JF007255. The files consist of a summary file FXiso.csv and FXmajor.csv which have the sample id, date sampled, and umol concentrations of major elements as well as the median fractional contribution and 25th and 75th percentile from each endmember for 179 samples in the isotopic and major inversion, respectively. The matlab files iso_all.mat and Majors_all.mat consist of n 5x200x179 matrices where each of the n matrices contain results for the fractional contribution of each of the 5 endmembers [1:precipitation, 2:pyrite, 3:carbonate, 4:silicate, 5:clay] to the n elements utilized in the inversion. The 200 inversion results are in the same order and follow the same index as the 179 samples in the summary files. For example, once loaded in matlab the command: data.Na(1,:,2) would show precipitation(index 1) endmember 200 inversion results(index : ) for the second sample 'kbgws-070319' (index 2). If brought into python note that the indexing starts at 0 not 1.
