Data for: Statistical analysis of the interaction between wind-waves and currents during early wave generation

Twenty-two experiments were performed with two different wind speed values and eleven different current speed values (including zero values, absence of current), with a ratio of current speed to phase speed u_c=c = [-0.2, 0.25], measuring the instantaneous water level in different sections with ultrasonic probes. Raw data (water elevation).本数据集共开展22组实验，设置2种不同风速工况与11种不同水流速度工况（包含流速为0的无水流工况），实验中水流速度与相速度（phase speed）的比值u_c/c的取值范围为[-0.2, 0.25]；实验采用超声探头（ultrasonic probes）测量不同断面的瞬时水位。原始数据为水位高程（water elevation）。
