Effects of Methyl Jasmonate on plant microbiome

This project tested different concentrations of Methyl Jasmonate, a mimic to herbivore pressure, on endosphere and rhizosphere bacterial communities of Arabidopsis and cabbage. Using an extensive, publically available, and reproducible analysis pipeline, we highlighted family Comamonadace, a family common in the insect gut, as very relevant in insect hervibore stress response.
