"This dataset contains electroencephalography (EEG) and behavioral performance data collected from 40 participants during a bimanual motor learning experiment investigating the effects of periodic visual stimulation on attentional modulation and motor performance.Participants performed a 60-second bilateral tracking task using a game controller while EEG signals were recorded from 16 channels at a sampling rate of 512 Hz. A 10 Hz periodic visual stimulus was presented prior to task execution during the Train and Post sessions for participants in the visual stimulation condition.The dataset includes raw and preprocessed EEG data, independent component analysis (ICA) files, resting-state recordings, and behavioral performance metrics. Data are organized by participant ID and session (Pre, Train, Post, Rest). This dataset enables research on motor learning, attentional engagement, EEG-based neural dynamics, and visual stimulation effects. "
