Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (SIL) microbiome

The data was obtained from women of reproductive age who sought consultation at the Kulakov National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology for diagnosis and treatment of cervical pathology. The patients were divided to four groups by cytological or histological analysis: ASCUS, HSIL, LSIL, NILM. The DNA was isolated from swab from cervical canal.The primers to V4 region of 16S rRNA gene were used for amplifying taxonomic library of prokaryotic organisms from the sample. Paired-end reads sequencing was performed for following taxonomic analysis.
