Agile Framework Adapted to Academic Research: Prioritizing Time and Risk in Master's Research

This dataset contains an Excel-based framework developed to support academic project management, especially for master's research projects, with potential adaptation for doctoral studies. The framework was designed as a practical and visual tool to assist students and supervisors in planning, monitoring, and organizing research activities.Although academic projects are not always formally managed as projects, they involve objectives, timelines, deliverables, interdependent tasks, responsible persons, and risks. When these elements are not monitored in a structured way, difficulties may arise in planning, execution, and follow-up. To address this, the present framework integrates schedule and risk management information in a simplified spreadsheet structure.The file includes editable sheets for project information and activities/risk registration, as well as an automatically generated schedule sheet that allows progress tracking. ## Purpose of the datasetThis framework was developed as a project management support tool for academic research, combining simplified scheduling and risk management features in an accessible spreadsheet format.
