Histology Liver Cell Dataset

This repository contains a preliminary and restricted subset of an expert-annotated digital pathology dataset for liver tissue analysis. The provided files include polygon annotations in LabelMe JSON format representing distinct cellular structures, accompanied by a corresponding validation file containing expert second-opinion assessments. This specific release is a technical archive intended solely to provide a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for citation, reference, and reproducibility purposes in an associated upcoming scientific publication. Because this is an interim, pre-release version of the data, access is restricted. A fully finalized, complete, and open-access version of the comprehensive dataset will be published in a separate repository upon the official conclusion and publication of the complete study.
