Protein 3D structure models

This data set consists of a large number of protein 3D structure models can be used to train a machine learning method for protein model quality assessment and protein model refinement. The 3D models are generated by the RaptorX software package (see https://github.com/j3xugit/RaptorX-3DModeling).本数据集包含海量蛋白质三维结构模型，可用于训练面向蛋白质模型质量评估与蛋白质模型精修的机器学习方法。上述三维模型均由RaptorX软件包生成（详见https://github.com/j3xugit/RaptorX-3DModeling）。
