Identification of AIA_H related genes and BHGZD therapeutic effect related genes. [RNA-Seq]

To obtain AIA_H related genes [the significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of AIA_H model group vs. Normal control group] and BHGZD therapeutic effect related genes [DEGs of BHGZD treatment group vs. AIA_H model group], the microarray analysis was carried out. 15 rat samples were randomly divided into three groups (5 per group): (1) Normal control group (Con); (2) AIA-H model group (AIA_H); (3) BHGZD treatment group (AIA_H_BHGZD).
