AIMS Service or Tool - Reef Health Simulator

This interactive online tool provides access to the outputs of a Bayesian Network modelling framework to integrate lower-level submodels of future warming, coral damage, coral recovery, coral adaptation, and algal herbivory, into a continuous causal chain. The integrated model allows prediction of ecological endpoints that reflect important management concerns, namely coral cover and composition.The tool shows how reef health is impacted over time by allowing the user to change the various inputs to the model.The tool has been archived and no longer operational本交互式在线工具可调用贝叶斯网络（Bayesian Network）建模框架的输出结果，该框架将未来增温、珊瑚受损、珊瑚恢复、珊瑚适应性及藻类植食作用的低层级子模型整合为一条连续的因果链。该整合模型可预测反映核心管理关切的生态终点指标，即珊瑚覆盖度与群落组成。用户可通过调整模型的各类输入参数，直观展示珊瑚礁健康随时间推移所受的影响情况。该工具现已归档，不再对外运行。
